Broadwindsor First Response Team
Broadwindsor's first responders are now on the road thanks to West Road Garage, Bridport. The Proton is displaying the Dorset Ambulance Trust logo. The team is made up of 20 local villagers who are trained first aides.
The first responders are able to get to emergencies around the village quickly, in rural Broadwindsor an ambulance can take up to 25 minutes. In the event of an emergency dial 999 in the normal way and the first responders will be contacted by the emergency services.
